Customer responsibilities
During your rental period you are responsible for the totes, subject to the rental agreement. In particular:
- Proper use: use the totes for packing and moving your belongings.
- Safe loading: don't overfill. Lids should close fully, and totes should be loaded so they can be lifted and stacked safely.
- Timely return: have the totes emptied and ready for pickup at the end of your rental. Contact us before your scheduled return date if you need more time.
