TOTE & GO respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you request a rental or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email, delivery address and postal code, requested delivery and pickup dates, package or number of totes, and any questions or details you add.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, confirm availability, and arrange and manage your rental (delivery, pickup and related communication). We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How requests are sent

Right now, submitting the rental form opens your own email app with your request filled in. Your request is sent by email to the owners of TOTE & GO. Your email provider handles that message.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide your rental and meet any legal or accounting obligations, then delete or securely dispose of it.

Your choices

Website

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
